Common use of Digital Health Clause in Contracts

Digital Health. The HSP shall make best efforts to: ital health planning, with the aim to improve data exchange and security, and use digital health to enable optimized patient experience, population health and wellbeing, and system sustainability; assist the Funder to implement the provincial digital health plans by designing and modernizing digital health assets to optimize data sharing, exchange, privacy and security; track the HSP priorities; engage with the Funder to maintain and enhance digital health assets to ensure service resilience, interoperability, security, and comply with any clinical, technical, and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security, set for the HSP by the Funder and/or the Ministry; and operate an information security program in alignment with reasonable guidance provided by Ontario Health.
