Digital Documents Clause Samples

The Digital Documents clause establishes the rules and acceptance criteria for using electronic versions of documents in place of physical copies within an agreement. It typically specifies that digital documents, such as PDFs or scanned copies, are considered legally valid and enforceable, and may outline acceptable formats or methods of transmission, such as email or secure file sharing platforms. This clause ensures that parties can efficiently exchange, sign, and rely on electronic documents, reducing administrative delays and supporting modern, paperless workflows.
