DIFFERENTIALS/ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. The parties recognize that good patient care and the need of the organization may warrant an expenditure of time and effort beyond what is considered a normal work schedule. Additional compensation shall be provided for this work. A. Standby 1. An employee will be paid $4.40 per hour for the hours on standby. 2. The limits of the amount of standby for any work group shall be subject to joint-decision- making. 3. Standby pay will be dispensed regardless of whether the employee is called in. 4. When an employee is on standby on a holiday, PTO shall not be debited. 5. For the duration of callback, the standby differential shall remain in effect in addition to the standard rate of pay for all hours worked.

Standby Phone Consultation Stipend:‌ $1,500 per quarter stipend to each employee identified by management who performs standby phone consultation. - Standby Phone Consultation is defined as an employee on standby who is managing patient care by telephone (e.g., RN consulting a clinician to manage a post-op patient’s pain.) - Management determines which employees participate in Standby Phone Consultation depending on departmental need. - Phone consultation includes KP approved electronic communications for managing patient care.

  • Additional Compensation Notwithstanding anything in this Memorandum of Understanding to the contrary when in the judgment of the Board, it becomes necessary or desirable to utilize the services of County employees in capacities other than those for which they are regularly employed, the Board may authorize and, if appropriate, fix an additional rate of compensation for such employees.

  • No Additional Compensation Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the obligation of Agency to return Referred Accounts, provide current status reports of all such accounts or information reasonably required by Client shall be without right to any additional Contingent Fee, administrative fees or other compensation of any kind or type whatsoever after such termination date, including, without limitation, in quantum meruit, for any Services rendered prior to termination (except on recoveries received and remitted to Client pursuant to this Agreement prior to termination) whether or not said Services result in or contribute to recoveries received after termination.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.

  • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125 per hour.
