DICTIONARY AND INTERPRETATION. 25.1 In this Agreement the following terms have the following meanings unless the context indicates otherwise: ‘Agreement’ means this document, including all annexures and schedules. ‘Confidential Information’ means personal and private information of a Client. ‘Dietetic Services’ means Support Services in relation to the assessment and management of the Client’s diet and dietary requirements.
