DHR. Supplier shall create and maintain a DHR for each product that demonstrates that such product was manufactured in accordance with the DMR and the Quality Management System requirements. Supplier shall provide copies of the DHR to Buyer upon request. Buyer retains ownership of the DHR.

DHR. Buyer, any Designated Buyer and their Representatives shall treat all nonpublic information obtained in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby as confidential in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement. The terms of the Confidentiality Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall continue in full force and effect until the Closing, at which time such Confidentiality Agreement shall terminate. If this Agreement is, for any reason, terminated prior to the Closing, the Confidentiality Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as provided in Section 9.2 hereof in accordance with its terms.
