Dewatering During Construction. During construction, the Tenant shall be responsible for the costs of permitting, pumping, containerization/decanting and testing dewatered groundwater for discharge into the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority ("CCMUA") collection system and for the cost of discharging dewatered groundwater encountered during construction into the CCMUA collection system. The Landlord shall be responsible for the costs of handling, transporting and/or disposing of the solid residue resulting from the containerization/decanting process.
