Devtodev Sample Clauses

Devtodev. (a) shall promptly notify Customer if it receives a request from a Data Subject under any Data Protection Law in respect of Customer Personal Data (unless prohibited by applicable law); and (b) shall not respond to that request except on the documented instructions of Customer or as required by applicable laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Devtodev shall be permitted to respond (including through automated responses) to any such requests, informing the Data Subject that his request has been received and/or with instructions to contact Customer in the event that his request relates to Customer.
