Devotion to Contract. During the Term, the Contractor shall devote sufficient time, attention, and ability to the business of the Company, and to any associated company, as is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to require the Contractor to devote his exclusive time, attention and ability to the business of the Company. During the Term, the Contractor shall:
(a) at all times perform his services faithfully, diligently, to the best of his abilities and in the best interests of the Company;
(b) devote such of its time, labour and attention to the business of the Company as is necessary for the proper performance of the Contractor's services hereunder;
(c) refrain from acting in any manner contrary to the best interests of the Company or contrary to the duties of the Contractor as contemplated herein;
(d) refrain from providing services to any business enterprise in competition with the Company; and
(e) refrain from taking personal advantage of any business opportunity in which the Company has, or might reasonably be expected to have, an interest.
Devotion to Contract. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall devote sufficient time, attention, and ability to the business of the Company, and to any associated company, as is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of the Services pursuant to this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to require the Contractor to devote its exclusive time, attention and ability to the business of the Company. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall, and shall cause each of its agents assigned to performance of the Services on behalf of the Contractor, to:
(a) at all times perform the Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of its abilities and in the best interests of the Company;

During your employment, the Contractor will devote the whole of its time, attention and abilities during normal business hours to the duties hereby granted and accepted and the Contractor will give the Company the full benefit of your knowledge, expertise, technical skill and ingenuity.

During the Term, the Executive and the Contractor shall:
(a) at all times perform their services faithfully, diligently, to the best of their abilities and in the best interests of the Company;
(b) devote such of their time, labour and attention to the business of the Company as is necessary for the proper performance of the Contractor's services hereunder;

Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to require the Contractor to devote its exclusive time, attention and ability to the business of LMLP. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall, and shall cause each of its agents or employees assigned to performance of the services on behalf of the Contractor to:
(a) at all times perform its services faithfully, diligently, to the best of its abilities and in the best interests of LMLP;
(b) devote such of its time, labour and attention to the business of LMLP as is necessary for the proper performance of the Contractor’s services hereunder; and
(c) refrain from acting in any manner contrary to the best interests of LMLP or contrary to the duties of the Contractor as contemplated herein.

During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall devote sufficient time, attention, and ability to the business of the Company, and to any associated company, as is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of the Services pursuant to this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to require the Consultant to devote his exclusive time, attention and ability to the business of the Company. During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall, and shall cause each of his agents assigned to performance of the Services on behalf of the Consultant, to: at all times perform the Services faithfully, diligently, to the best of his abilities and in the best interests of the Company; devote such of his time, labour and attention to the business of the Company as is necessary for the proper performance of the Services hereunder; and refrain from acting in any manner contrary to the best interests of the Company or contrary to the duties of the Consultant as contemplated herein.
