Device Problems Clause Samples

The 'Device Problems' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures to follow when issues arise with devices provided under an agreement. Typically, it outlines what constitutes a device problem, the process for reporting malfunctions or defects, and the obligations of each party regarding repair, replacement, or support. This clause ensures that both parties understand how device-related issues will be managed, minimizing disputes and downtime by providing a clear framework for addressing technical problems.
