The Device Configuration clause outlines the requirements and procedures for setting up and managing the technical settings of devices covered by the agreement. This clause ensures that all devices operate consistently and securely, reducing the risk of misconfiguration and supporting smooth integration into existing systems.
Device Configuration. Whilst the electronic device is primarily a Learning Device, students will need to comply with the BYOD Electronic Device User Agreement. Parents are also responsible for much of the monitoring of updates. ● Individual students are responsible for ensuring that their device is up to date with the latest operating systems and application updates. ● Students are free to install applications onto their device; however, this must comply with the ICT Acceptable Use Agreement. ● Students must ensure that they have enough memory on their device at any given time to complete their schoolwork.
Device Configuration. The Parties shall work together in good faith to configure those Devices enumerated in the Order Form to be compatible with the Licensed Software, at all times, solely for the internal access and subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Company will provide reasonable remote support to help Customer configure Devices.
Device Configuration. S5.8.1. Where the Customer has opted for Device Configuration, ▇▇▇▇ will configure the Devices in accordance with instructions provided by the Customer and agreed with Hofy in advance.
S5.8.2. The configuration of Devices is subject to Device Configuration fees, as specified in ▇▇▇▇’s Pricing Information (which may be updated from time to time).
