Device Changes. Inform Uroplasty in advance of any changes to the CL Product (including design, manufacturing, packaging or labeling) to ensure accurate marketing programs, claims, and representations in the U.S. market. CL will provide previous generation product at Uroplasty’s request for a maximum of 3 months to allow adequate time to transition to the new design (i.e., marketing preparation, training, etc.).
