DEVIATIONS AND DEVIATION NOTIFICATION Clause Samples
The 'Deviations and Deviation Notification' clause establishes the requirement for parties to promptly inform each other if any aspect of the agreement or its performance deviates from the agreed terms. In practice, this means that if a party becomes aware of a delay, change in process, or any other departure from the contract's specifications, they must notify the other party, often in writing and within a specified timeframe. This clause ensures transparency and allows both parties to address issues proactively, minimizing misunderstandings and enabling timely corrective actions.
