Common use of Deviation Authorisation Clause in Contracts

Deviation Authorisation. If, in exceptional cases, the Supplier is not able to manufacture products in compliance with the applicable specifications, the Supplier must – prior to delivery – obtain special approval from the Customer’s site receiving the products. In case the Customer authorises a deviation, the Customer reserves any rights.
