Developments are Licensed IP Clause Samples

Developments are Licensed IP. For the avoidance of doubt, any Developments that are owned by Licensor pursuant to Section 6.1, shall be deemed Licensed IP and automatically included in Licensor Patent Rights or Licensor Know-How, as applicable.
