Developments and Intellectual Property. You acknowledge that all developments, including but not limited to trade secrets (including strategies, business plans and customer lists), discoveries, improvements, ideas and writings which either directly or indirectly relate to or may be useful in the business of the Company (the "Developments") which you, either alone or in conjunction with any other person or persons, shall conceive, make, develop, acquire or acquire knowledge of during the Term are the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
