Development Support and Training Clause Samples
The Development Support and Training clause outlines the obligations of one party to provide assistance and educational resources to the other party regarding the use or implementation of a product, service, or system. This may include offering technical support, user manuals, training sessions, or ongoing helpdesk services to ensure effective adoption and operation. Its core practical function is to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize the value of the delivered solution by ensuring users are properly equipped and supported, thereby reducing operational issues and misunderstandings.
Development Support and Training. PalmSource shall provide Licensee development support and training services in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit E (Development and Training Services). Additional PalmSource professional services may be made available in accordance with the procedures set forth in Exhibit K (Professional Services) as may be mutually agreed.
