Common use of Development Rights Clause in Contracts

Development Rights. Set forth in the RELP Disclosure Letter will be a list of all material agreements entered into by RELP relating to the development, rehabilitation, capital improvement or construction of office buildings, industrial facilities or other real estate properties, which development or construction has not been substantially completed as of the date of this Agreement. Such agreements, true and correct copies of all of which will be delivered or made available to AIP prior to July 31, 1997, will be listed in the RELP Disclosure Letter, have not been modified and are valid and binding in accordance with their respective terms.
