Development Restaurants definition
Development Restaurants as defined in the third paragraph of this Agreement.
Development Restaurants those restaurants owned or operated by Sellers and listed on Exhibit 1.1(b).
Development Restaurants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

Schedule 4.7(a) lists the restaurants which are or will be developed by Seller (the "Development Restaurants"), and Schedule 4.7(b) lists the sites which Seller has identified for potential development (the "Development Sites").
Such dollar limitations shall not, however, apply to expenditures in connection with the continued development of the Development Restaurants.
