Development Programs. The District shall conduct an active staff development program (courses, seminars, workshops, etc.) which may include, but is not limited to, safety procedures, stress management, time management, enhancement of current technical knowledge and skills, retraining to meet changing institutional needs, development of innovation in administrative techniques and program effectiveness, computer and technological proficiency programs, implementation of affirmative action and upward mobility, and updating of changes in applicable codes and laws. A needs assessment shall be conducted annually by Staff Development. This assessment shall include an opportunity for employees to submit their views and suggestions. An employee will be given released time for attendance at approved programs.
Development Programs. SECTION 1 Information systems professional support personnel who are required to have state licensure to hold a position are required to provide such at their own expense. Any course specifically required by the Employer will be paid by the Employer.
Development Programs. Within 90 days of the completion of the Research Program, DYAX and EPIX shall discuss and agree upon the following development programs for the Imaging Field: For the optimization of the lead Thrombus Ligands suitable for magnetic resonance imaging and preclinical and clinical development of MRI Products exclusively by EPIX ("MRI Development Program"); and for the optimization of lead Thrombus Ligands suitable for radiopharmaceutical imaging and preclinical and clinical development of RadioPharma Products exclusively by DYAX ("RadioPharma Development Program"). EPIX will have responsibility for the costs and decisions of the MRI Development Program, and DYAX will have responsibility for the costs and decisions of the RadioPharma Development Program. Each party agrees to use all commercially reasonable efforts to diligently develop MRI Products and RadioPharma Products, as applicable, and to provide the Steering Committee with semi-annual reports on the status and results of their respective development programs, which each party shall be entitled to use in the development and commercialization of products pursuant to this Agreement.
Development Programs. Based on general goals and objectives of the Social and Economic Development Programs described in Section 6.1, within thirty (30) days following the Contract Date, the Manager shall develop and post to the Project Dataroom a plan setting forth the proposed Social and Economic Development Programs to be implemented during the Term (the “Social and Economic Development Plan”). The Social and Economic Development Plan shall include the following Manager obligations at a minimum:

Each Development Program initiated by Biogen, if any, shall be based on the study of one of the three Ontogeny Hedgehog Proteins and shall have as its goal the development and commercialization of a product or products comprising one or more Hedgehog-based Molecular Entities that derive from such Ontogeny Hedgehog Protein. Each Party shall have the responsibility, during the term of the Development Program, to conduct those development, manufacturing and commercialization activities that are assigned to such Party in a development and commercialization plan prepared by Biogen and approved by Ontogeny (the "Development and Commercialization Plan") which such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is anticipated that the Development and Commercialization Plan shall provide that (i) the Development Program shall be managed by development and commercialization committees established and staffed by Biogen, provided, however, that non-voting representatives of Ontogeny shall be permitted to attend (1) all meetings of such committees that are devoted solely to the review of the Development Program and all meetings of such committees that are devoted solely to a review of other activities directly related to the development, manufacturing and commercialization of any product(s) comprising a Hedgehog-based Molecular Entity(ies) based on the Ontogeny Hedgehog Protein that is the subject of such Development Program, and (2) only at Biogen's invitation, other Biogen meetings covering the development and commercialization activities related to such Development Program, (ii) Biogen shall have the major responsibility for the development and commercialization of any product(s) comprising a Hedgehog-based Molecular Entity(ies) based on the Ontogeny Hedgehog Protein that is the subject of the Development Program, provided, however, that Ontogeny shall participate with Biogen in (1) the preclinical development of such product(s) (with all data provided to, and considered Confidential Information of, Biogen), (2) at Biogen's option where appropriate, the clinical development of such product(s) in the United States (with all data provided to, and considered Confidential Information of, Biogen), and (3) subject to Biogen's reasonable discretion after mutual good faith discussion between the Parties, the marketing of (not including sales), and the professional education activities with respect to, such product(s) in the Territory, and (iii) Biogen shall have the respon...
Development Programs. 3.1 General OncoMed shall undertake Research and Development activities with the objective of Developing Collaboration Compounds that meet the Candidate Selection Criteria, PoP Criteria, and PoC Criteria as described in Section 2.1. OncoMed shall have the right to engage Third Parties as subcontractors to conduct certain Development activities to be undertaken under this Agreement, as further provided in Section 3.2.8. Generally, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, OncoMed shall be responsible for, and shall solely bear the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the conduct of, all Research and Development activities with respect to a Program prior to exercise by GSK of a GSK Program Option with respect to such Program and, generally, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, GSK shall be responsible for, and shall solely bear the costs and expenses incurred in connection with the conduct of, all Development and Commercialization activities with respect to all GSK Development Compounds and all Products containing such GSK Development Compounds and continuing for so long as such GSK Development Compounds or such Products are being Developed or Commercialized, subject to OncoMed’s right to co-Develop and Co-Commercialize such GSK Development Compounds and such Products pursuant to Article 6.
Development Programs.
