Development Order Sample Clauses
Development Order. (regardless of whether the term is capitalized) – Issuance of Certificates of Appropriateness, site plan approvals, issuance of building permits or similar action by City and all other government entities with jurisdiction over the Project, or any portion thereof, necessary for Developer, as may be applicable, to develop such portions of the Project pursuant to the requirements of this Agreement.
Development Order. (1) If MiniFAB accepts a Development Request, then:
(a) MiniFAB will provide TearLab with a revised draft project plan including proposed milestones and payment milestones; and
(b) the parties must meet within 20 Business Days of the acceptance to meet and discuss the Development Request with the intent to finalise a Development Order.
(2) The parties will act reasonably in negotiating the terms of the Development Order.
(3) To avoid doubt, neither party is bound by a Development Request, a Development Order or any obligations to develop a New Product until the relevant Development Order is signed by both parties.
Development Order. Any order granting, denying, or granting with conditions, an application for a development permit, as provided in Section 163.3164(7), Florida Statutes, as amended.
Development Order. Each Owner shall comply, at its expense, with the requirements of the Development Order as it relates to the Unit or Unplatted Parcel owned by it and each Owner shall otherwise cooperate with the Community Declarant, District Declarant, Community Association and District Association in their efforts to comply with the provisions of the Development Order.

(c) The project plan shall identify the specific expertise to be applied to the development and clear deliverables for each phase of the project. A list of assumptions and risks should be identified.
(2) The parties will act reasonably in negotiating the terms of the Development Order.
(3) To avoid doubt, neither party is bound by a Development Request, a Development Order or any obligations to develop a New Product until the relevant Development Order is signed by both parties.
Development Order. During and concurrently with the negotiation of the DA and exhibits, Sonnenblick shall provide all information legally required by the City initiate and pursue Development Order review, including any Development of Regional Impact review required. It is understood that the City’s action with respect to the Development Order will be an exercise of the City’s police powers. The goal is to complete this stage concurrently with the approval of the DA.
