Development Methodology for Services. Nasdaq shall use the following methodologies for providing the Services. All activities under this Section, other than those relating to Enhancements or Other Services under Section 6.c. above, shall be included under the fee for Core Services set out in Section 10.a. infra. Nasdaq shall not charge NASD, participants, clients or internal staff (“Users”) for testing made necessary as a result of a Nasdaq Initiated Enhancement.
