Development Loan Proceeds. The Developer shall pay or submit requisitions to the Lender for disbursements of Development Loan proceeds for payment of all Total Project Costs not paid for directly by the Developer, such requisitions to be in compliance with the Lender’s requirements, including, but not limited to, invoices, schedules and other documentation required by the Lender to be delivered to the Lender as a condition to the Lender’s duty to disburse the amount described in the requisition.
