DEVELOPMENT FINANCING AGREEMENT. The procurement of goods where the procurement process was initiated on or after the Effective Date of the Amended and Restated Development Financing Agreement shall be governed by this Section II.
DEVELOPMENT FINANCING AGREEMENT. The parties hereto hereby acknowledge that the terms hereof are subject to and shall in the event of conflicts be controlled by that certain Development Financing Agreement of even date herewith, until such Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.
