Common use of Development Covenants Clause in Contracts

Development Covenants. The Premises shall be used for the development of HHA’s Replacement Housing Projectaffordable housing as follows. a. HHA covenants and agrees use its best efforts to commence and complete or cause to be commenced and completed the Improvements described at Schedule B attached hereto by the Completion Deadline specified at Schedule B. b. Designee covenants and agrees use its best efforts to commence and complete the Improvements described at Schedule B attached hereto by the Completion Deadline specified at Schedule B.
