Development Contributions and Development Deliverables. 3.1 Nature, extent and timing (a) The Developer must pay the Development Contributions and provide the Development Deliverables in Column 3 of the Table at the point in time set out in Column 4 of the Table in accordance with this Agreement. (b) Nothing in this Agreement precludes the Developer from electing to pay a Development Contribution or providing a Development Deliverable earlier than it is required to do so.
