Development and Production Area. A separate application for a Petroleum Production Licence and corresponding Development Plan shall be submitted for each Development and Production Area.
Development and Production Area. The Director General shall notify Licensee of the State’s desire to utilize this option within ninety (90) days of the Date of Commercial Discovery.
Development and Production Area. For the first full Fiscal Year and the portion of the Fiscal Year preceding the first full Fiscal Year, a detailed statement of the Annual Program and Budget therefore shall be submitted to AKBN within sixty (60) days after the date of approval of the Development Plan under Articles 7.3 or 7.4. Each such annual detailed statement of the Annual Program and Budget therefore shall be consistent with the Development Plan approved under Article 7.3 or as revised pursuant to Articles 7.4 and 7.6.
Development and Production Area refers to the specific geographical area over which the OPERATOR is given the exclusive right to develop and from which to produce Coal in accordance with this Contract.
