Development and Commercialization Responsibility. After the Evaluation Period, as between the Parties, BCV shall be fully responsible for, and shall have full control and authority over, the research, development and commercialization of the Licensed Products and all costs and expenses related thereto, including (i) all activities relating to manufacture, supply and sale of all Licensed Products and (ii) all activities relating to any governmental filings, registrations, applications and approvals relating to any of the foregoing.
