Developing Program Plans. Pursuant to the requirements of Applicable EPR Law, CAA shall be responsible for submitting a Program Plan to the relevant Governmental Authority where required by, and in accordance with, the Applicable EPR Law. Each Program Plan shall address the information required under the Applicable EPR Law, which may include, without limitation, details of how the Program will promote the collection and management of Covered Materials, eligible Program participants, the mechanism for securing and dispensing funds to cover administrative, operations, capital and compliance related costs of the Program, and fulfilment of periodic reports on the Program to relevant state authorities.
