Common use of Developer’s Clause in Contracts

Developer’s. Except for Third Party Programs, the Software has been written only by the individuals (the “Developers”) listed in ‎Section 2.01(p) of the Disclosure Schedule, other than components of the Software which, in the aggregate, do not comprise more than 5% of the source code for the current version of any individual Software program, and which, if removed, would not be detrimental to or inhibit the functioning of the Software.
