Developer’s Title Notice. Within ten (10) Business Days after the Effective Date, Developer shall deliver to County a written notice confirming Developer’s unconditional acceptance of the condition of title to the Property or Developer’s disapproval or conditional approval of specific matters in the Title Report. If Developer fails to timely deliver this title notice, Developer shall be deemed to disapprove the condition of title to the Property.
