DEVELOPER’S SECURITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OBLIGATIONS. To secure Developer’s obligation to construct the Water Facilities, Developers and the Authority shall enter into a Water Facilities Escrow Agreement which Agreement shall adhere to the provisions of 53 PA ▇.▇▇. § 5607(d)(23) regarding the posting of security and the release of same.
