Developer’s Fee. An amount not to exceed $ 30,000.00 in a HOME funds shall be provided to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Development Corporation from Year 2020 HOME Program funds for administration and coordination of the construction of the development of one (1)) single family unit within the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community. Developer’s Fee will be dispersed when construction is 100% completed and a certificate of occupancy is received.
