Developer’s Additional Load Fee. The Developer’s Additional Load Fee shall be paid prior to the commencement of any utility work by the City to allow for the energization of the Additional Load (including, but not limited to, any metering installation and upgrades or modifications to the Distribution Facilities).
Developer’s Additional Load Fee. The above formula for Developer’s Additional Load Fee per MVA is valid for any Additional Load paid for prior to January 1, 2022. For payments after January 1, 2022, the Developer’s Additional Load Fee shall be subject to revision by the City to reflect cost increase with building a substation in accordance to the substation section of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ index.
