Common use of Developer to provide Security Clause in Contracts

Developer to provide Security. (a) In order to secure the payment or performance of the Development Contribution, the Developer has agreed to provide the Security. (b) The Security must: (i) name the Council; and (ii) not have an expiry date, or if it has an expiry date, the Security must be replaced by the Developer not less than 30 Business Days prior to expiry.
