Developer to Construct Improvements. (a) Developer anticipates that the Addition shall be substantially completed by December 31, 2017. (b) All work with respect to the Addition to be constructed or provided for by the Developer on the Property shall be in conformity with the Site Plan as submitted by the Developer and approved by the City. Until the Addition has been completed, the Developer shall make progress reports, in such detail and at such times as may reasonably be requested by the City.
