Common use of Developer Road Improvements Clause in Contracts

Developer Road Improvements. Developer, using financing options available to it, shall make the following public improvements to roads within the Project in accordance with the Public Works Standards in a City that adopts this Agreement, and such improvements are shown on the Concept Plan as may be amended from time to time. Developer will complete improvements of or provide financial assurances for the portions of the public streets in connection with each, which may be one or more, final plat(s) for parcels accessed by such portions of the public streets. These roads will be dedicated to the City, in the general locations depicted on the Concept Plan, in which they appear upon recording of the final plat for the Project within that City: 5.1.1.
