Developer Notice receipt/confirmation of written notice from the Developer, not more than sixty (60) days prior to expiration of any Warranty Period, of expiration of the Warranty Period and request of Final Acceptance of Local Improvements. The Developer's notice shall be accompanied by a list of any deficiencies (Reference Section 10).
