Developer contribution policy. 6.3.1 During the Term of this Agreement the Borough Councils shall procure that developers pay an appropriate Developer's Contribution to deliver the Programme whether by means of a tariff or otherwise. 6.3.2 Where a Borough Councils wishes to implement a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) scheme (pursuant to the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulation 2010) it shall, prior to seeking the approval for any CIL scheme from its Executive Committee, consult the Parties.
