Common use of Developer / Builder Clause in Contracts

Developer / Builder. All those Subsidiary, Affiliate and Joint Venture Companies notified in the Schedule 1 to this Agreement and/or notified to the Scheme Administrator pursuant to clause 11 in each case which has applied to be registered with the Scheme Administrator/Underwriter in respect of Premier Guarantee for New Homes and Premier Guarantee for Social Housing and Premier Guarantee for Private Rental.

Developer / Builder.
