Developer Assurances Sample Clauses

The Developer Assurances clause sets out the specific promises or guarantees that a developer makes regarding their work or services. Typically, this clause requires the developer to confirm that their deliverables will be original, free from defects, and not infringe on any third-party rights. For example, it may obligate the developer to ensure that all code is properly licensed and that no confidential information is improperly used. The core function of this clause is to protect the client by holding the developer accountable for the quality and legality of their work, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or legal issues arising from the developer’s actions.
