Common use of Developer and Developer Clause in Contracts

Developer and Developer. s agents shall allow the Public Entities to audit and examine the Project Records and any and all accounting procedures and practices that the Public Entities reasonably determine are necessary to discover and verify all costs of whatever nature, which are claimed to have been incurred, anticipated to be incurred, or for which a claim for additional compensation or for extra work have been submitted under this Agreement.
