Common use of Developed IP Clause in Contracts

Developed IP. Developed IP will, unless expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement, be the property of the Customer, provided that the Customer will have no ownership or other rights in or with respect to any Developed IP (or portion) until full payment has been made to Eagle for the Services relating to that Developed IP.
