Develop User-Friendly Financial Model. Consultant will develop a user-friendly financial model in Excel designed to be used by City staff to update financial projections, evaluate “what if” scenarios and their impacts on finances and rates, and track financial results. Consultant will provide a model that is straightforward and avoids unnecessary complexity. Consultant will work with City staff to ensure the model is easy to update and meets the City’s needs and objectives.
