DEVELOP DRAFT AND FINAL CSAP. The CSAP will be organized around the Safe System approach and shaped by information gained through stakeholder and community engagement and data analysis and tailored to the Des Moines region. The implementation plan developed in Task 6 will be a central component of the CSAP while other key deliverables such as the countermeasure toolbox, Vision Zero Toolkit, graphic visualizations, which will exist as standalone elements, will be referenced and at least partially weaved into to the CSAP. The CSAP will present the performance measures developed in Task 4 and provide details on how these measures will be tracked and reported over time.
