DEVELOP DESIGN-BUILD SOLICITATION. 1.1.1 Pre-Design Conference and Data Collection The Consultant will meet with the Airport to define the project goals, methods, scope and schedule. It is understood that based on the anticipated cost of the project, FAA requires a selection process for the provision of the design-build services. The goal of the program is to solicit the design-build provision of a new access control and video monitoring security system in compliance with 49 CFR Parts 1542 and 1544.
