Develop a Current State Assessment. We will gather documented outcomes from documents and data review, survey results, and fact-finding meetings to develop a Current State Assessment Memorandum that documents the County’s current state. The focus of this document will be a succinct list of key findings, and it will be used to confirm our understanding of the County’s current state with the County’s project team and as the basis for recommendations development in Phase 3. Once complete, we will review this assessment with the County’s project team to solicit feedback and confirm its contents before updating it to final.
