Common use of Detrimental Change Clause in Contracts

Detrimental Change. If a Change increases the Charges (including by introducing an additional Charge) or reduces the benefits of the Services, or MyRepublic otherwise reasonably believe that the Change may have a detrimental impact on MyRepublic customers, MyRepublic will notify the Customer of the Change and the Customer may have a right to terminate our Agreement or the affected Plan or Service (as applicable) as set out below:
