Determinations Under Section 6. 1. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in Section 6.1, each Bank shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the Banks unless an officer of the Agent responsible for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have received notice from such Bank prior to the Effective Date specifying its objection thereto.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in Section 6.1, each Lender Party shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the Lender Parties unless an officer of the Debt Coordinators responsible for the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall have received notice from such Lender Party prior to the Effective Date specifying its objection thereto.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in Section 6.01, each Lender shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to the Lenders unless an officer of the Administrative Agent responsible for the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall have received notice from such Lender with respect to any Loan prior to the Closing Date, specifying its objection thereto and such Lender shall not have made available to the Administrative Agent such Lender's ratable portion of such Loan.
