DETERMINATION OF THE INITIAL AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT GUARANTEE. The initial amount of the Guarantee for Month M, corresponding to the first month of entry into force of the Contract, is equal to the minimum amount of the Guarantee, namely: ➢ one hundred thousand (100,000) euros or ➢ twenty thousand (20,000) euros if the Shipper has a gas supply authorisation allowing it to carry out occasional natural gas sale and purchase operations at the PEG in order to cover the needs related to the activities of its own industrial sites.
