Common use of Determination of Rate and Billing Clause in Contracts

Determination of Rate and Billing. The Administrative Agent shall calculate each interest rate applicable to the Eurocurrency Rate Loans, RFR Loans, and Reference Rate Loans hereunder in accordance with the terms of this Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to the Borrowers and to the Lenders of each rate of interest so determined, and its determination thereof shall be conclusive and binding in the absence of manifest error. The Administrative Agent will bill the Borrowers on behalf of all Lenders with respect to interest on Eurocurrency Rate Loans, RFR Loans, and Reference Rate Loans.
